We hope to come back soon! ***** (May 2023)
"We spent a wonderful and relaxing week at Villa Due Pini. Not only is the architecture beautiful and unique, it was also perfect for our family needs – comfortable beds, extremely well equipped kitchen, lovely pool and outdoor area. It was difficult to drag ourselves away from the house, but there is lots to do in the area and an abundance of beautiful beaches; all a must to explore. The view from the house across the valley to the sea is stunning. Soaking that in from the terrace in the evenings was a nourishing way to end each day. Thank you Villa Due Pini. We hope to come back soon!" Xanthe, London.
Awesome pool and stunning views ***** (July 2020)
"We stayed for ten nights with two families in the Villa Due Pini. Everything was really good. The house is big enough for two families, the pool is awesome with a stunning view from the top of the hill. Itri, is also really nice, the people are always friendly and helpful, so was Anne-Celine and Francesco! I would book the place again, if I would be around Itri. So, I can highly recommend to stay at Due Pini."
Unforgettable week ***** (August 2018)
With my husband and our 17 month old son we spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful, chic yet charming, ultra comfortable house. We enjoyed driving to nearby beaches and to explore Sperlonga and its surroundings. But most of all we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and on the terrace. If you appreciate smart contemporary architecture and design that works with the hilly landscape, the olive groves and the light of this region of Italy then you will love this villa.
We appreciated dealing directly with a member of the family who was extremely forthcoming in all arrangements. Once on site we were shown around by the very reliable and friendly Francesco. We will return for sure to this place which is a testimonial of the good taste and generosity of the hosts ! Florence and Stephan and Theo.
Those seaviews... ***** (May 2017)
The terrace and those seaviews... I could sit there forever, just watching entire days go by, from sunrise to sunset, heading back inside merely to grab another coffee, a new book or an aperitivo. . Anne-Marie J.
Wonderful times ***** (May 2017 )
As you circle up the mountain along dusty roads it's hard to imagine what awaits you. Tucked away up a steep bank sits a strikingly clad modern shape the likes of which I had never seen. This is Due Pini. This contemporary build opened its doors to us for a fantastic week in may and with the warm sun browning our skin we relaxed in its confines. The view from high up on this hill will sit with me for many years. The kids playing in the pool. Romantic dinners on the terrace as the sun set behind the mountains. Fresh Vongole... Bruschetta... The smell of olive trees... We had a wonderful time at the house and in its surrounding countryside. Sam G.
Relaxing and enjoyable ***** (August 2017)
We had a great time in Italy and especially so at Due Pini. The kids really loved the time there. It's a lovely house, great design and so very well equipped, which all made for a relaxing and enjoyable time. So much so, that we talked about whether we would come back to the Lazio region next summer and in particular return to Due Pini. Lisa Y.
Wunderbare Ferien ***** (July 2016)
Adrian T.
La Dolce Vita... *****
"We booked a week in Due Pini at the end of May and spent a wonderful time with our kids lounging by the pool and on the nearby beaches of Sperlonga and "I 300 Gradini" - a wild beach off the beaten track. The weather was perfect, the Aperol Spritzs too! And don't get me started on the tomatoes! The house was perfect. Beautiful, modern and with all mod cons. There is a big open plan space downstairs, as well as the giant terrace that wraps around the house and pool with gorgeous views of both the Aurunci mountains and the sea." Tuuli E.
Striking, modern, airy and ueber functional... *****
"Weather was ace, the house has wonderful views and Naples twinkles at night far away in the distance. The house is contemporary and wonderfully functional. The striking design is big in its atmosphere and then you live with it and all the lines just merge and meander with the house, how you live and the landscape around... the beaches around are great, the kids' favourite was Sperlonga, the adults liked the quiet of the beach with the 300 steps between Gaeta and Sperlonga. Itri has a great fish shop, which we used daily. And a weekly market. We are sure to return to this lovely part of Italy." Charlie R.
A treat... *****
Jochen S.
